Kyung Ku Jang


Kyung Ku grew up in Seoul, South Korea and received his BA in Food Science and Biotechnology from Seoul National University. After graduation, he earned a PhD in Agricultural Biotechnology from the same university, where his research focused on the characterization of virulence factors of the enteropathogen Vibrio vulnificus. After post-doctoral training at the University of California, Davis he joined the Cadwell lab in December 2018. His current research is to study mechanisms of human IBD.
